CHARONNE MOSE - UX CREATIVE DIRECTOR

U.S. Government & Regulated Industries
I am currently the head of the Product Design and UX Research team that shapes secure, mission‑critical cloud experiences by translating complex government and regulated industry requirements into clear, usable, and human‑centered platforms, aligning design, engineering, and policy to help customers operate with confidence in highly regulated environments.
JWCC Front Door
The Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) program needed a single, authoritative “front door” experience for DoD customers to understand, trust, and begin engaging with Microsoft cloud services across all classification levels. Existing touchpoints were fragmented, technically dense, and inconsistent with competitor experiences—creating friction for first‑time and returning users trying to orient, learn, and take action.
